Return and Refund Policy



Our policy is as follows:

  • Alluring Enigma does not accept returns due to sanitation reasons.
  • If there are any damages please email us a photo/video of said damages within 48 hours. 
  • They will be reviewed for a possible exchange/replacement.
  • All sales are final. We can not cancel orders once they are placed, in route or delivered.

Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed before shipment.
  • You will receive notifications once the order is placed and shipped. 
  • It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct information during checkout. Alluring Enigma is not liable for updating and/or correcting any errors. The customer will be responsible for any fees accrued. No Refunds will be offered.
  • Alluring Enigma is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. A claim can be made with the courier service.
